There aren't many games like them around tbh.

Are you talking about Infinity Engine inspired CRPGs in general? There's others, like Pillars of Eternity 1+2, Tyranny, Torment: Tides of Numenera (a spiritual sequel to P:T), Pathfinder: Kingmaker, Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, Warhammer 40k Rogue Trader.

Obsidian doesn't really make these anymore, but they were pretty good at it for a while. Larian and Owlcat are probably the biggest publishers of them.

If you're open to smaller scale projects with similar feel, there's stuff in the indie space, too - I'd point towards the Citizen Sleeper games and there's definitely some "Disco-likes" out or in development (like Lovely Lady RPG and Esoteric Ebb)

And if you want some other games with similar tone/vibe to P:T, I'll point you towards Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2 and Neverwinter Nights 2: Mask of the Betrayer expansion.

Edit: CW: these both have heavy writing influence from Chris Avellone, who has some allegations against him. They're interesting games, but I just want to extremely cautiously recommend them. Also, Obsidian is a Microsoft subsidiary and probably still on the BDS boycott.

Also the Alpha test for Owlcat's next port WH40k: Dark Heresy is out now with full release planned for December.

Let's be real, it won't be decently playable until Q3-4 2027 lol
