I remember first hearing it in this scene from Airplane II at around the 0:38 mark (CW: movie dialogue about sexual assault)

I think I was 12 when I first watched the original. So, so many of the jokes and references flew over my head at the time.

Fun fact: your friend will rent Airplane! when you are 11 because it is rated PG and his hyper-Christian mom will be OK with it. It would be rated R by today's standards.
