What's up with Canada in the olympics? (feddit.org)

This seems like the place to ask. What's going on with the Canadian teams in the olympics? Have they adopted some kind of Trump-inspired tactic of just going "nu-uh!" when blatantly caught cheating, throwing tantrums like toddlers and spreading conspiracy theories. Don't they realise they're embarrassing themselves and their country?
