"Jewish dog" would not be a natural phrase in Chinese. {走狗|zǒu gǒu} would make more sense, which means running dog (aka lackey).
以色列的狗 ( Israeli dog) would be my guess what they called him cause it's similar to the American version 美帝的狗 ( dog of the American empire). Also doesnt make a lot of sense if you have an adjective before it and not a noun.
