Kinda odd theres three or four earth lanterns flying around at once, is that normal?

I forget where I first heard an answer to this question that I choose to believe, but there is a lot if shit happening on Earth.

Loosely, they each lantern should be covering a general area of space, but with all the things happening on Earth, a few extra wandering around doesn't hurt. Plus they team up from time to time anyway whenever there is stuff happening elsewhere, although that's usually for a specific mission.

So it's kinda odd, but not that odd.
