Maybe they could implement a filter system? "Do not ever show me games that use "them/they". "Never show me games where a black person is the protagonist" etc.

People shouldn't be like that, especially in a medium where double-jumping over a bipedal tortoise is normal, but if they care that deeply and wont change, I dont want to hear their opinions.

Fuck that. Add bigotry filters to appease the bigots? No offense, but that's a terrible idea. These people need to get out of their ignorant bubbles, not have more tools to stay in them.

It's just as easy for you to skip reading their rants about a game as it is for them to not play the game in the first place.

Its less about appeasing them as it is giving them the options to fuck off. I'm already fed up of seeing games "spark controversy" as people review bomb them for being too woke. You accidentally fall for the bait and open a thread and you know all about the character customisation options and that its possible to romance the characters regardless of what gender you chose and how its indicative of a society that forces a broken doctrine of multicultural white guilt down your throat and you still haven't found out what genre of game it even is.

I know those cunts will just choose to do it anyway, but if we have the tools we can know for a fact, without any defence of it being forced on them, that they're seeking it out to troll and create outrage.

You tell them "just dont play it then" and theres a slight chance that they think theyre right, the games front and centre on the home page, blasting its rays of gay mind washing at them. If they've got the option to not even see it, they can fuck the fuck off.

4chan's /pol/ board was such a success for internet and real world culture that the strategy should be repeated

"Do not ever show me games that use “them/they”. “Never show me games where a black person is the protagonist”

Dude, this would backfire so hard at Valve. I don't think this is a good idea at all 😂
