Big garden this year. Syrup sorghum, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, pumpkins, banana melons, winter squash, more flowers for the pollinators.

I did syrup sorghum last year. I wish I had way to squeeze the canes. Instead I just boiled it down but took longer than I thought it would.

Yes. They have commercial presses for sorghum but they were out of my price range.
