I mean - its obvious, isn't it? Military installations and personal are absolutely a legitimate target in case of war, who would argue otherwise?
It is, but a good chunk of Americans cry anyway when their imperialist goons are blown up.
You might need to remind the demented old man of that several times during a planning meeting, though.
