What was their reason for taking it?
New mayor pledged to "end unsheltered homelessness" and ramped up the sweeps. So many people entering the shelters now being like "I don't actually want to be here but the cops took my RV/car/camp."
Also put time limits on the 24-hour shelters and is trying to shift people into overnight church run shelters that don't allow you to store your belongings.
Because I didn't have insurance on it.
Fucking pig cop ruined my life. I have basically fucking nothing. I lost my job too, as a result of not being able to clock in on my laptop.
