I had been off of coffee for around 2 years.
Few days ago, I had two mug fulls.
Over the course of 5 hours.
... I only got halfway through the second one, because I went into a literal flop sweat and was lightheaded, like, woozy, while also jittery.
... I am going back to not doing coffee.
I've been enjoying the decafs these days. I play with the ratios daily for flavor and caffeine content and it's working quite well. The decaf bean tech and variety has advanced quite a bit.
Would recommend if you "miss" the hot beverage ritual without paying the jittery costs.
Does decaf regulates the poop schedule too?
Haha nope!
In my case, that train has always run on time and governed by a separate entity. Thankfully.
Some sources did say, decaf has less impact than 'caf', but the trigger will starts be there. Consume at your own risk.
