...fair point, ohio has draconian speed limits...
Indiana and Wisconsin both are known for tageting out of state drivers actually. Like their locals will be passing you, and they will ticket you for going a few over when everyone was passing you. It's about raising revenue you see. Ohio probably too, lots of nazis and klansman, or whatever the klan turned into, they are big into the police force there, Indiana even moreso.
