The only reason most americans arent leaving is simply because they cant afford too. Most would bail insantly if they could.

Or visas get denied. So even if you can afford it ita still a coin flip it would seem. From my experience at least.

Yeah. Many countries won't let you just come in; not without some skill and a clean bill of health. I think they want you to pay more taxes than you cost in healthcare. It's cruel, but for those with a post-secondary education I hope it's easier.

only if the post secondary, includes already have graduate degree in stem, or an MD, maybe nursing too. BA/BS, MA/MS not so much. on the off-chance you are also applying to grad school in an EU/AUS/NZ or canada it might be another pathway.
