It has weather accounts for, what seems like, every single city in the US and the microblog feed is absolutely spammed by it. It doesn't seem like fedia supports blocking other instances, only accounts, but I don't want to have to manually block every single account from that instance.

Please defederate from it. It doubtful that it adds any value.

And it was reverted 😢 @jerry / @jerry@infosec.exchange did you change your mind? @mobridge__south_dakota@us.fedimeteo.com is now in my feed again and off the list of instances you don't federate with

I didn’t change anything. It apparently broke for a while. The interface to ban instances is currently borked because it tries to include all instances on the same page and it just times out, so I have to work through that first.

Thanks for the update. So maybe us.fedimeteo.com is just silent for a while sometimes and the feed is readable :D
