I think also someone explained that in old school VHS and DVD porn a shoot is not used for just one release. You mix them with different compilations. It's really easy to have them say some incest lines for the incest compilation and then cut them for a different one.
Porn sites, piracy uploading and algorithms sort of exaggerated it and then it became copies of copies etc.
