Have we figured out if you become a pedophile after being rich because being rich makes you lose your humanity and compassion, or if pedophiles becomes rich, because if you're a pedophile, you're the kind of person who could become rich?

Granted, not all pedophiles are rich, but this is one hell of a correlation.

Likely that being rich promotes a sense of lack of consequences that encourages pedophiles to act on their urges.

Also possible that being an upper-ish class pedophile, you feel a sense of kinship and protection amidst other (rich) pedophiles, which promotes networking with other scum of the earth. A disgusting sense of brotherhood.

there's a lot of child abuse in poverty too. i think regardless of economic class, these freaks just find each other and make networks.
