If women are so great, how come they've never oppressed an entire gender?

I was going to make a joke, but gender oppression is so degenerate it felt too dark...
I don't see it as legitimate gender oppression if it's something that takes place between consenting adults.

Clearly you have not met the women of my clan, be they mothers, aunts, or wives they are forces of nature who will keep us menfolk under boot. Sisters, cousins, and daughters have no power and will be conscripted to help with the plan created with a collective total of 4 braincells.

I have never known more fear than when my great great aunt kicked down a door when I was being a little shit when I was 4. She usually had a standard vaguely southern derived old Inland Imperial accent, she fell right into her father German Minnesotan accent which was several types of horrific.
Upside is it made me immune to being cowed by my mother's 6 foot something boyfriend when he abused me when I was 8.
