It probably means “we are waiting until we can buy any RAM at all, followed by waiting until we can buy some at a price reasonable enough that our product won’t cost 2-3x what it’s worth”
Or else perhaps you haven’t noticed that the supervillains are stealing computers from us all
I'm sure that's what it is. Same thing that happened to the Steam Machine.
