Did you ask them about those parts before complaining on internet? What did they say?
I did ask them. They aaid they do not enforce any of these things.
When I asked them to change the contract so they are not enforceable they refused.
They refused any changes to the contract at all.
You're fair to ask but its also fine for them not to change. You could trust them and see if they hold their word that they're not enforced. TBH those things just sound like legalese to protect their ass.
Just like you won't perfectly hold your end of the contract, they won't enforce theirs.
Why are you defending scummy business practices? Are they paying you? Do you like it when shittu businesses do shitty things to normal people? Then why the fuck are you defending them?
Stop normalizing shitty behavior and instead be a part of the solution.
