Lore accurate tho. Level 100 has a significantly higher chance of infiltration in more situations, and can get to their target with greater ease even in crowded social situations.
"It couldn't possibly the Duchess who killed the ambassador, some shadow wrapped rogue must have snuck into the high society ball."
Duchess quietly cleans her, very elegant, dagger and replaces it in her garter and rejoins the dance, searching for her next target.
