I made chocolate chip cookies from scratch for the first time today (lemmy.world)

I used Rosanna Pansino's Best Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe and they turned out really good!

I am proud of myself. ๐Ÿ˜Š

It reminds me of the cobbler recipe I've always made.

  • 1 cup of self rising flour
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 can of pie filling
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 stick of butter (I have better results cutting it up into chunks)

Mix it all in a pot and bake until brown into. If I recall correctly, I bake it at 450 (F, unsure about C) for around 45 mins.
