I used Rosanna Pansino's Best Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe and they turned out really good!

I am proud of myself. 😊

If you’re interested, there’s a peanut butter cookie recipe that only has three ingredients so it’s super easy:

1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of sugar
and 1, egg.

Mix all that in a bowl, roll them into balls and bake for 10-15 min. Let cool for like a half-hour or so.

The ingredients in recipes like this one astound me. Like I don't know much about baking, so I wouldn't think that a list of ingredients that simple can add up to a cookie!

And then you have bakers with the knowledge and experience to just think these ingredients might work together and just try them out. Absolute masters of their craft that people don't give enough credit

It reminds me of the cobbler recipe I've always made.

  • 1 cup of self rising flour
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 can of pie filling
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 stick of butter (I have better results cutting it up into chunks)

Mix it all in a pot and bake until brown into. If I recall correctly, I bake it at 450 (F, unsure about C) for around 45 mins.

Those wouldn’t have even made it to the cookie jar if I was there.

Hahaha, I'll take it that they look good!

They are good, crispy outside, but soft center (which is my favorite kinda cookie!)

I hope the people i made these for like them too 😊

They sure do.

Thank you, but that's actually not the recipe I used.

Those are for her chunky chocolate chip cookies

Can you link to the recipe?

Those look delicious!

I have never really tried a recipe other than the toll house one to be honest, although I make a few changes.

The recipe on the big bag of Kirkland chocolate chips at Costco is actually really good. Similar to toll house, but more brown sugar and less granulated, plus some minor tweaks.
