When the right wing faction are in power of the Liberal Party maybe, but for the most part no, not really. Both parties are forms of neoliberalism.
It's like claiming Trump is a conservative... Not really. They might throw a bone to some conservative groups periodically, but groups like conservative Christians haven't been a serious voting block since Howard.
