I'll go more specific.
Shahed drones, smuggled into and launched from Alberta, hit Spokane or even Seattle.
And he won't blame it on Iran, but Antifa, funded by Iran. He'll relate it to Hezbollah, and call Antifa an Iranian cell.
And the target... The targets gotta be bigger and better than the trade towers. A real tear jerker.

If I was going to create a false flag bigger than 9/11, I'd need it to be both visually horrifying, and larger number of victims, preferably white people, sick people, and children.
To go with the propaganda of the pretense to invade Iran, it doesn't really matter what the delivery mechanism is, but I would be willing to bet a tiny nuke would be used. Most likely a W76-2 or but a W80 warhead at most. thats 5-150 kton yield.
Boom. You get all the propaganda you need.
