Curious how others experience and cope with that?

How does that apply to relationships/socialnstuff?

I took methylphenidate and now lisdexafetamine, both with retardation. Always one in the morning that would last for about 6 hours, so I take a second, smaller dose at noon to boost the duration. I never experienced crashes. When I forget the dose at noon I realize it because my mind keepa wandering off in the afternoon or because I suddenly am not doing the task I originally wanted to do because I got distracted or followed a rabbit hole. Just hope it's not in the middle of an important meeting.
