I'm not sure what, exactly, they're trying to say. They keep saying that the dots are blue, but all nine dots are purple (with color 7001FE, so plenty of red as well as almost maxed out blue), and they look purple. Am I missing something?
The image even says 9 purple dots. I think the article author is mixing up the back ground and stos, they were saying background is more purple, but the background is just a dark blue to me.
The illusion is just the dot you focus on changes colour compared to the others
Thanks. Was going to check this way too. Usually if you isolate the area in question the illusion fades, but not in this case. I dont get it either.
