Come and visit me in my run-down apartment sometime, and we can marvel over the 25% rent increase that dropped on me January 1st, the water damaged ceilings and walls, and check out my used car with a salvage title and fab clothes from goodwill and you can be impressed by my part time job that's all of 600 hours a year.
