Depending on what you want to do with it, you could also consider a hot water dispenser.

Since those don't need to boil bigger amounts of water at a time, it should be a good bit quieter.

100% recommend a Tiger hot water dispenser, it has been sheer luxury just pressing a button to get 90C water immediately, delicately, and silently streamed onto my various beverage components. And a quick and quiet reheat to get back to 100C when needed. Seems to use very little energy to keep the water warm
