That's really good, I do watch one of her videos on YouTube from time to time, glad to see she's so committed!

auto-generated subtitles, which is a thing I think no other video platfom offers.

I believe this plugin should enable any instance to generate the subtitles just like YouTube does, but I haven't seen one use it, I wonder why, maybe it's somehow problematic?
