Right now, I’m playing the early access version of Baldurs Gate 3. I’m getting ready to put it down (frustrated: BG3 has the potential to be good, but without controller support, I’m getting really frustrated with the UI. ) and switch to Yakuza Like a Dragon.

What are you playing now and what are you looking forward to playing next?

Just redownloaded slay the spire and got the downfall mod. Been having a blast. Works great on deck, and although the mod loader is a bit finicky, it works fine once booted

I had trouble loading Slay the Spire mods on Steam deck. I got the Java interface to open but the mods just throw errors for me. Is it only compatible with some I wonder, or did you find a workaround?

Hm.. well step by step what I did was...

Install sts

Subscribe to the mods I wanted (specifically, mod the spire, downfall, and minty spire, plus the mods those require)

Launch the game with mods

There's a black screen but it kind of flickers into view when you mouse around.

I clicked the check boxes next to the mods, then clicked play

I suppose some mods may not work. It could also be the mod load order matters and that is throwing errors. Although I did not research into that and whatever order it was in by default is what I used.

Works ok for me, but I'm trying to figure out if there's a launch command to go right to the game, so I don't have to deal with the flickery launcher each time
