There's also PonyOS (https://www.ponyos.org/) They wrote their own kernel, so it's not Linux, but it is Unix-like.

If you scroll all the way to the bottom you can see it's a fork of a different from-scratch OS.

PonyOS is based on ToaruOS, which is free software released under the terms of the NCSA/University of Illinois license.

Still impressive though.
