MODERATORS
Economic incentives for unproductive activity seems to be a thing here. First make land banking and real estate tax free, then tax working promotes income, then give money to people to convert productive farmland to huge swaths of monoculture invasive species.
I know the intention is good but it seems to have created a perverse incentive.
