This is what I've noticed too and it makes sense. Many people kept their accounts afterward including me (which most sites use to claim that accounts didn't drop). But I used to go on constantly. Now I check Reddit once every few week if that, and only for specific question that don't have a forum elsewhere.
That's not just because I hate Reddit, I just find most of the subs I was a part of has just outright decreased. And weirdly enough Lemmy gives me a good enough fix without there being so much content I spend a whole day scrolling.
