It would be a race against time. Figuring out a way to secure the funds would take up a good part of the day. There has to be some more ground rules to get a good idea what is possible.
Unlimited stacks of cash would be the easiest way I think.
Open another bank account within the same bank. Transfer large sum to it. Being from the same bank, the transfer should occur same day. Then start buying stocks/bonds/investments for the rest of the day in case it doesn't go through.
Doesn’t even need to be the same bank. Most banks process wire transfers up to 3PM for same day deposit in the target account.
But either way, the bank debits it from you same day.
Most have limits like 200-500k max in 30 day time frame
Most are much higher than that I think and are probably closer to per day. And that’s what you can self-service online. A call to a bank or showing up in person solves it.

Not for the normal person that doesn't normally have a large account. I mean you can try explaining to them all that money that magically appeared isn't fraudulent and to just let you transfer it out...
I think there’s some willing suspension of disbelief that is required as an element of any question like this. You have infinite money and everyone takes it as face value.
