It’s bad. I had never heard of this and .3 seconds into a google search I found a fash stereotype of a Jewish shopkeeper.
The deeper you look the worse it gets, the people this is made to appease to are 100% :barbara-pit: candidates.
And the character's name is Cheerful Shopkeeper. As in, Happy Merchant
