The issue isn't that he got a hair transplant, the issue is that, if someone is lying about something as inconsequential as that, you can't trust a word they say. Granted, it's not even in the top ten reasons to not trust Trump, but it's a reason nonetheless.

I guarantee if he admitted he had a transplant the above comment would be the same. It's not inconsequential...there is a reason lots of people people go to Istanbul for months to get the surgery in secret. For some reason it's not socially acceptable yet and I think it's bullshit
I think nobody running for president would admit such surgery. Many voters would label you insecure
