I have extra scheduling for my work-apps. On weekdays at 16 they all go into do not disturb mode. During the weekends they get turned off completely. My time is my time
I take that a step further and refuse to install any work oriented apps on my phone. My phone, my prerogative.
The bought my phone and they pay the bills. But still: when I'm done for the day, I'm done
