I think they're saying he's been so desensitized that literally anything goes, instead of specifically being a pedo.
However I think he's just a pedo and a likely animal abuser. And we know he's a chaser too for whatever that's worth

He's a straight up pedo as you said. Not much point in investigating how he got there which is why I asked them what they meant.
You're not wrong there. Engaging in pedophile behavior is probably better described as just being a pedophile. I just made that comment because I thought it was a pretty common thing to come across online. The guy who is a pedo, but also happens to be into bestiality, or guro, or some range of noncon, or every single other hentai genre under the sun. Leaves a strong impression.
