masturbation is cool and good, but it should probably be decoupled from porn consumption
make sure your imagination still works every now and again, fellas
I've been using my imagination since forever its goated. If i ever look at porn i end up looking at the comment section and wondering what state someone has to be in the post the shit they do. Also I find most porn very distasteful and wierd
right? that shit can be kinda scary
I just do not grasp what drives people to comment on porn.
Sure, it's just important to be mindful of what that sort of material does to your brain. It's entirely possible to have a healthy relationship with non-exploitative forms of porn (I'd say anything written and drawn is probably safe in that regard) but what you consume can affect the way you think. Especially in large amounts. Like the other user who replied to me said, people who go full cum brain tend to end up in a very obviously fucked up state of mind. I don't know the science behind it, but I know what I've seen.
Sex is good, forming sexual relationships with other people is good. But I think that overexposure to hardcore porn does something to you similar to being on drugs. It's like, your body is prepared to be exposed to extreme displays of sexuality every once in a while. After a period of anticipation/buildup that comes from social interaction with another human being as you both get each other in the mood. Porn just skips all that.
as a fellow kinkster i think it sounds really fun and kind of empowering!
imagination works a lot better when there's recent-ish experiences to draw from
