Really seems like vegapunk is gonna die unless chopper can work some serious magic but I doubt it.
I'd say his death triggered the broadcast of the video. It seems that devices were monitoring his heartbeat, and when it became flat, the video starts.
If he really dies, I wish his satellites will upload him in the sunny making him a living boat, being the last member of the crew.
I love that theorie !! It would make such sens after all the hesitation kizaru showed about what he had to do.
Edit: ooooh I've read the old chapters again, it looks like it is the same hole. That's amazing :D
