In Star Trek, there were presumably more than two because one of the two shown on screen was labeled "Voyager 6."
We need more voyagers. Wouldn’t it be awesome to periodically send probes around with updated technologies on board?
We've been doing that; we just haven't been naming them "Voyager." I suppose we could've called New Horizons "Voyager 3" instead.
