At times, during my adulthood, I've had to consciously avoid regular news outlets. It's for mental health and wellbeing.

  • During the W admin and second Iraq war
  • Lead-up to 2020 US election (and post-election)
  • When things have felt shaky for a few days or a couple of weeks as needed
