Didn't found one yet also looking. There only seems to be a discord by meshtastic team self.

I'm afraid to say it but there is a subreddit for Meshtastic and that is the only place I've ever really seen an active user group talking about it.

I found their Discord and Matrix servers and they've been very helpful so far :)
