Ex libris is not a perfume, but I’ve used it before to create “book room” scent and people liked it although it’s not going to get everyone to realize it’s a boom smell (I think the props did at least half the work).
Maybe look at it as a reference point? The one you listed shares a few ingredients which means I trust it somewhat based off that experience.
I know some candle fragrances that fit your bill (beak?), let me think on EDPs!

Are Zoologist perfumes “vegan”?
With the exception Zoologist Bee and Hyrax, our perfumes are considered vegan. The perfume collection as a whole is not vegan. We never strive to create vegan perfumes, but our philosophy is not to use materials that involves animal cruelty. Ingredients such as African Stones and beeswax are all beautiful-smelling animal by-products collected in nature that "do not involve animal cruelty." <- (also the owners of the business are )
