This was my cat's favorite spot. Unfortunately, my bathroom sink had a flip-up lever faucet and no overflow drain, so one night I woke up to find my carpet completely soaked with water. He had gotten up and inadvertently (maybe) flipped up the lever while also pushing the drain plug down into place.
TBF he had woken me up by jumping up on my chest and batting me in the face, so clearly he sensed that something was wrong with all that water.

His face almost says "Me? Weird? Sleeping in the sink is not weird. You are the weird one here, human!".
My cat gets Domino's preferences though, even if we don't:
