Basically what the title says, while the page is loading sometimes I will see someone else's username and pfp in the top left corner before it switches to my own when the page finishes loading. I have seen this happen twice now.

Yes I've seen this bug as well. Very strange, and definitely feels like a vulnerability of some sort.

I read something about this... Think it had to do with nginx web server and it's configuration but not sure.

Might be something that effects only larger instances that are experimenting with certain optimizations? It might be related to running multiple backend containers for load balancing.

I haven't seen it myself, but I am on a small instance that doesn't need such optimizations.

Yes I did see that a few weeks ago. I’ve mostly been using an app for the last few weeks though. I tried to take a screenshot, but was too slow.
