Tl;dw: he backported dotnet v2 to windows 95, adding the possibility to port software and games to Win95.

Visual studio still has the option to export to dotnet v2 in the current version.

I watched this yesterday and talk about entertaining. I want to know though how he got packages to call his layer before .net so he could replace calls he needed.
