I have being searching for Matrix rooms that are tech-related and which have great communities. Does anyone know about one that would fit those requirements?

There is this Matrix space called Next Internet that has a lot of interesting rooms in it.

God, even as a techie, I don't know anything about most of these technologies. But I really feel excited about the possibilities. Just having a Lemmy instance feels awesome because in many ways, it's very separate from the normal ad based web I have grown to hate.

i feel you on this 😭 i want to start getting into using matrix more. i joined arch and ubuntu rooms, but there really isn’t much going on there.
