This appears to be a home depot.
The promo is that the labour is $99, but you need to buy the carpet, the underlayment/underpadding, the tack strips, and everything else from the installer. They generally don't install the in-store carpeting, so it needs to be ordered in, which costs more. This also does not include any stairs, or transitions.
There is also a minimum floor size.
Carpeted bathrooms are the classiest.
Especially with a very nice off-white color, such as eggshell or... uh... dandruff. Bone? Ivory! That's the one.
