The core development team didn't really say. There is a posting they made in the Announce community of Lemmy.ml where we were sharing them.

no, it isn't federated with the 'default lemmy' pool of servers.

That's what I assumed but then I thought I saw some lemmy.ml users on there. I just overlooked the "enterprise.lemmy.ml" part!
