Not a hill I'll die on, especially because I don't even like the game, but I think it's kind of lame to remove this stuff just because of "modern sensibilities" when the rest of the game is a gorefest anyways.

This issue itself is tiny, but it really makes it feel like these guys do not get the game. It'd be like giving Bayonetta normal legs, or taking the bad Japanese out of Princess the Hopeful.
